At The Whitbourne Sisters, we aim to make the ordering and delivery process as clear and efficient as possible.


Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment online.

After dispatch, the average delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days, depending on the destination and logistics process. All stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines. During busy periods, such as promotions and sales, processing and delivery may take longer than the average times indicated. We will of course do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

We work with an international fulfilment network to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices. All orders are fulfilled from this international fulfilment centre.


Delivery When You're Not Home / Collection from a Post Office

If a parcel is delivered to a collection point or post office due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for collecting the shipment in a timely manner.

If a parcel is not accepted or not collected within the required timeframe and is subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a handling and return fee of NZD $25 from the amount to be refunded.


Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

It can occasionally happen that a product is damaged during transit or that an incorrect item is delivered. In such cases, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Refunds will not be issued at this stage unless a replacement proves not to be possible.


Lost or Returned Parcel

If a parcel is lost or not delivered due to logistical issues, we will first send a replacement shipment. If delivery still cannot be completed, the returns or refund process will be applied.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.


Track Your Order

After placing your order, you can easily track your parcel online through our Track & Trace system. Visit our tracking page to see exactly when your order will be delivered.
